What is a digital loyalty card? Set one up for your coffee shop or barber in 2 minutes

You know the paper punch cards by the till: "buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free". The idea is great, but the cards get lost, forgotten or worn out. A digital loyalty card moves the same idea onto the customer's phone.

How it works

  1. The customer scans a QR code. A table card or poster at the counter shows a QR code. The customer scans it with the phone camera and the card opens in the browser. No app to download.
  2. Staff give the stamp. Staff scan the QR on the customer's card with their own phone and the stamp is added. It takes seconds.
  3. Reward at the goal. When the card is full, the customer gets the reward and the card starts again.

How is it better than paper?

  • It can't get lost. The card lives on the customer's phone and can be added to the home screen.
  • It can't be faked. Every QR is a signed code valid for 60 seconds. No one can draw a stamp with a pen.
  • You get to know your customers. See who came how often and who hasn't been back in a while.
  • No printing costs. No cards to print, one QR poster is enough.

Which businesses is it for?

Any place where customers come back regularly: coffee shops, barbers and hair salons, bakeries, car washes. The rule is simple: if the same customer comes more than once a month, a loyalty card pays off.

Set up in 2 minutes

  1. Create a free account. No credit card needed.
  2. Pick your campaign: how many stamps for which reward?
  3. Choose a theme and add your logo.
  4. Print a table card or poster from the dashboard and place it at the counter.

That's it. Your first customer can get a stamp the same day.
